Steps
Application
Submit your completed written application and signed last page of the Parent Handbook. Applications are dated upon receipt and early applicants are given preference in placement during the acceptance phase of admission.
Family Meeting
After submitting your application, you will be contacted to schedule a meeting with the Head of School to discuss what you are looking for in an educational environment.
Offer of Acceptance
You will receive a letter regarding your child’s admission status to Harmony Day School.
If placement is being offered, a contract will be included in this mailing.
Submission of Parent Contract
Please return a signed copy of the parent contract.
Payment Options
Plan A
Payment in Full—due with the submission of your signed parent contract.
Plan B
For new students: Two Semi-Annual Payments—first payment due with the submission of your signed parent contract and the second payment due December 20.
Plan C
Returning Students: 12 Monthly Payments
First payment due with the submission of signed parent contract. Subsequent payments are due
on the 20th day of the preceding month (e.g. September’s payment is due on August 20). Monthly payment plan participants are required to complete a Debit Card form and payments will be automatically deducted from your account on the due dates listed on your contract.
New Students: 9 Monthly Payments
First payment due with the submission of signed parent contract. Subsequent payments are due

3-Day Toddler
Pickup 3:00PM: $1030
Early Arrival 7:30AM to 8AM: + $50
4-Day Toddler
Pickup 3:00PM: $1120
Early Arrival 7:30AM to 8AM: + $65
5-Day Toddler
Pickup 3:00PM: $1210
Early Arrival 7:30AM to 8AM: + $80
Pricing above is based on 10 equal payments. All new Toddler Program Students, add $200 Orientation Fee.

Primary Program

Pricing above is based on 10 equal payments. All new to Primary Program students will attend Orientation Camp.
If your child will be new to the Primary Program, please add a $200 Orientation Camp fee to the tuition listed above.
